Frequently Asked Questions

Why are things working slowly or videos pausing frequently ?
Generally it means your internet connection respond is too slow, usually due to your internet service provider, or
someone is hogging your bandwidth. Please check your internet connectivity and try to reset your internet modem.
Why some images are not showing up ?
There maybe too many connection requests trying to access our server at the moment so it's momentarily timing out.
Please try refreshing the page using the refresh button (hold Ctrl and hit F5), and if it doesn't help please report to us.
Why downloads links are not working ?
Your account could be temporarily suspended due to a sharing violation, or in some rear occasions the "linking to files"
process wasn't properly completed. Either way, please give it some time and if it wasn't fixed already please report to us.
Why can't I play WMV files on my Windows Media Player ?
Please check your Windows Media Player "Automatic updates" settings, go into the 'Tools' -> 'Options...' -> 'Player' tab:
"Download codecs automatically" should be enable. You can also find out more about Codecs in Codec faqs page.
Why can't I play any videos online ?
Probably your flash is not installed on your browser properly or it's not the most updated version.
